FLuFF Programs

Part of the Pack

Every year hundreds of millions of dollars are lost to deceptive individuals and organizations posing as legitimate charities that prey upon the giving nature of individuals and businesses. In Los Angeles alone, it is estimated as much as $100 million is lost to unscrupulous solicitors annually.² The deceptive animal-welfare organizations do not care for the animals they use to lure in donors. Some become hoarders causing harm and sickness from too many animals on property.

To assist good-hearted businesses and individuals and stop the improper care of animals, Four Legged Friends Foundation created Part of the Pack The “Pack” is a network of fair and trustworthy animal organizations, businesses and community members working together on behalf of the animals that have no voice.

FLuFF intends to survey the community to obtain their experience with organizations and pet services while we inspect and research charities and businesses through a Give Me a Paw system. The results will be a 1-4 “paw” rating system serving as a resource to help honest and effective charities and businesses improve their existing programs, and a guide to the public for choosing where to best direct their contributions, find services and opportunities for themselves and their loved ones, both two and four legged!

Recently Four Legged Friends Foundation started collecting data for the Give Me a Paw Veterinarian Guide. This guide will help the community find the right care for their pet and to support those compassionate veterinarians that have assisted pets with Another Sunny Day Fund. To refer a veterinarian for our guide, please click here to fill out the survey.

Stay tuned for the posting of the Give Me a Paw Veterinarian Guide.

Four Legged Friends Foundation invites you to join us once a month to network and socialize with others in different areas within the animal community making a difference. Be Part of the Pack to work together as a team so more animals can be helped! Simply sign up for the meet up Los Angeles/SFV Animal Rescue Community Network at www.meetup.com for more information.
