Race For The Rescues is a 5K, 10K run/walk & kid's fun run to raise funds for 9 non-profit, 501(c)3, rescue groups: A Dog's Life Rescue, Animal Alliance, Best Friends Animal Society, Four Legged Friends Foundation, The Jason Heigl Foundation, Molly’s Mutts and Meows, Operation Heroes & Hounds, The Rescue Train, & Stray Cat Alliance Each year these nine rescue groups save and find loving homes for approximately 2,500 dogs and cats who were facing euthanasia. They are solely run on tax-deductible donations. There will be dog and cat adoptions for: LA Animal Services Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA Fun activities for animal lovers of every age! Including Prizes and Awards For Top Racers And Fundraisers, Huge Silent Auction, Rockin' Adoption Show, Face Painting For The Kids, Dancing With The Dogs Exhibition, Unique Pet Products and More!
